Over the last year, DarahRouge Drama Club loved online and in the last few weeks, we have focused o the students developing their new scripts. In this video, you can see me negotiating with the writer of the script and the other actor discussing what needs to be done to make the script come alive.

This lesson was a short catch-up quick lesson. Lessons had been canceled but there was an assessment due. So this was short and sweet. The other class had had. a much better lesson.

This was a remedial class. Two goals  - to help the students reach passing grades and to help them to understand how best to study.

In this lesson, I had volunteered to take both 7A and 7B just prior to the holidays a time period where teachers are busy writing reports and students traditionally not interested in learning anything new. It's actually one of my favorite times of the year to teach. This lesson is the first lesson introducing the novel " The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas" by John Boyne where I am asking students to actively read, predict, highlight, and make notes as they go.

In this lesson, I have combined both Year 9 classes to give them a heads up on an upcoming assignment.. I believe in the Zeigarnik effect where the brain opens a file and the subconscious will help you process and think about it.
