In my role as IMYC Coordinator, I provided teacher training and support. This came in the form of workshops, both with myself and with  IMYC trainers, as well as individual subject support. One of the things I did to support teachers was to create a curriculum match-up document, where teachers could easily reference learning goals and content in the Indonesian curriculum and the IMYC curriculum. Another aspect of support was when teachers were familiarising themselves with the concept of an entry point and exit point, I provided detailed guidelines to guarantee success and gradually tool those guidelines away so teachers could have autonomy,.
