Our Work
Here are images from class time. There were times when students were teaching each other. One of the things we discovered with the website is that only one person can work at a time on it. So we rolled. When one person had done their blog, they then helped the person after them. As I said before knowledge grows and my own personal knowledge changed. If I invited students as blog writers then we could've multiple people working on it. Special thanks to the students who volunteered extra time to help with this.

Deciding on your animals
Students had to read about different animals and check with the biology teacher, Ibu Endah if their choice of animals was appropriate. Some students actually had to start their essays again.
02
Prior to beginning this
Early in the year we learned different language structures and experimented with these structures. We also learned different note-taking techniques and the importance of writing bibliographies.
03
During the project
Students were often put in breakout rooms and allowed to work at their own pace. This was so Ibu Kerensa could give personalized feedback, tips, and corrections. She would look at all stages of the writing process asking students to share screen. The help was different for each student. Sometimes it was about language, sometimes was about the way the essay structure was, sometimes it was about time management and working out the rest of the weeks' work. Each child is different. The breakout rooms allowed students to have autonomy as to whom they worked with and what atmosphere they liked to work in. It also meant that when Ibu Kerensa was giving feedback that only a few students rather than the whole class was being disturbed. Students need different atmospheres to work well. Some require c complete silence. Some chose to work alone. Others work better talking to friends.

Reflection and Commenting
Students were asked to reflect on their process and give comments on each others work.
